The Mayor of Totana, Juan José Canovas, and Councilwoman Crafts, Antonia Camacho, have recently attended the Gala Awards Ruralmur'2016 IV held in Murcia;
and which they were awarded the totanera company "Ceramics Tudela" and the Association of Rare Diseases "D'Genes" regional level, but implemented in Totana.
These were awarded to the Hospedería Bajo El Cejo, El Berro (Tourism), MUCAB Restaurant, White (Gastronomy), Ceramics Tudela, Totana (Craft), Miguel Angel López (Sport), Antonio Molina (Honorary Award), José Simon (Promotion of Murcia), Angel Rios (Disclosure Heritage), Nono García (Art and Culture), D'Genes (Association), Teodoro Garcia (Broadcasting) and the Municipality of Cieza (Institution).
The gala, which took place at the Craft Centre of the Region of Murcia, ended with a performance by musicians Andres Jimenez Rodriguez and Pedro Antonio Martinez Garrigós.
Ruralmur convenes annually these awards, intended to encourage its partners and also reward the most outstanding murcianos the year, in its different categories.
