The Directorate General of Immigration of the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Immigration and the Ministry of Labour and Immigration have been awarded a grant to the City Council of Totana, amounting to 116,007.66 euros to develop the Municipal Program for the Integration of Immigrants the locality.
The actions to be financed through this program should fit within the priority actions of the integration programs for immigrants in the Region of Murcia, intensifying the activities of reception, education and social services, conducted through the Municipal Service Immigration of the Department of Social Welfare of the City of Totana.
The total budget amounts to EUR 136,479.6 amount to be financed by the Autonomous Community and the Ministry of Labour and Immigration (85 percent) and the Ayuntamiento de Totana (15 per cent).
