A team of the television program "Here the Earth", of Spanish Television, has recorded in recent days several reports related to icons of the gastronomic and cultural idiosyncrasy of Totana, which will be broadcast within a period of approximately one month (it will be communicated when proceed to spread).
The television pieces recorded by the producer displaced to Totana will focus on the recipe and preparation of the traditional pepper cake in an oven in this town, as well as the procedure for growing totanera squash, ball pepper and table grapes , with its various agricultural and commercial connotations today.
