Emergency health services have had to take care of and transfer to the hospital the driver of a truck accident this afternoon on the A-7 highway, at the height of Totana, and two Civil Guard officers, run over when working on the aforementioned road.

The 1-1-2 received call, at 17.08 hours, reporting the rollover of a truck at kilometer 610 of the A-7 motorway, towards Murcia, in the municipality of Totana.

The witnesses of the accident indicated that the vehicle had been left off the track, on an embankment and that the driver was stuck in the cabin.

While firefighters from the Consortium of Fire and Rescue Extinction of the Region of Murcia and an ambulance with health personnel of the Emergency Management and Sanitary Emergencies 061 were mobilized, the 1-1-2 received calls indicating that they had released the injured driver (male , 59 years old).

The health services stabilized him and transferred him to the "Rafael Méndez" hospital in Lorca with injuries that, apparently, are not serious.

An hour later, the 1-1-2 received the call from the Traffic Operation Center of the Civil Guard asking for health care for an agent of the Benemérita who had been run over on that same point.

To the place mobilized an Emergency Mobile Unit of 061, whose health personnel attended two Civil Guard agents (men of 50 and 56 years of age, respectively) stabilized them and moved to the hospital "Rafael Méndez" of Lorca without, in appearance, serious injuries.
