The municipal government and the four union organizations representing the workers have signed the framework agreement on the working conditions of public employees of the Totana City Council for the period between 2019/2022.
The mayor, Andrés García, accompanied by the Councilor for Human Resources, Gertrudis Ruiz, signed the framework agreement, which was not made since 2005, in an act held in the plenary hall, which was attended by the union delegates. of the General Negotiating Table, who have worked on this document during this term.
The president of the Personnel Board, Isabel Román (CCOO), Antonio García Fernández (UGT) -who intervened both on behalf of the organizations-, Francisco Miñarro Ramírez (CSIF) and Domingo Romero Rojo (SIME), met at the meeting. ).

The representatives of the employer's association and the workers signed the text agreed by the Negotiating Table on April 11, and which was approved by the Plenary in its ordinary session last April;
