The Department of Women and Equality organizes tomorrow Thursday, March 7, an institutional act with the placement of a commemorative plaque in tribute to the people who fought for the achievement of the female vote.
The initiative will take place in the Plaza del Lola's (20:00 hours) within the events of International Women's Day, and will count with the municipal authorities and representatives of the women's associations of the Totanero municipality.
The program continues on Friday, March 8, International Women's Day, at 12:00, with the concentration and reading of the institutional manifesto in the Plaza de la Constitución.
In addition, on Saturday 9 with the "Stay for Equality" organized by the Athletics Club of Totana in the municipal sports center (9:00 am);
the Tribute to the Totanera Woman in the restaurant "Venta La Rata" (12:00 hours) and the Dessert Competition organized by the Association of Housewives and Housewives "Igual-Da", in the social premises of El Paretón (17 : 00 hours).
On Tuesday the 12th there is a debate on "Policies for Equality" organized by the Association of the Three Hail Marys, in the "Gregorio Cebrián" exhibition hall (7:30 p.m.);
and on Thursday, the 14th Conference "Woman behind a song", with María and Vicente J. Sáez Martínez, at the Sociedad Gran Casino (8:00 pm).
