The Local Government Board has approved the proposal of the Councilor for Social Welfare, Javier Baņos, to grant a direct grant of 3,000 euros to the Association of Parents of Mentally Handicapped of Totana (PADISITO) for the year 2018 in order to collaborate in the expenses derived from the project activities of this entity during this year.
This financial aid is intended to cover part of the "Activities Project PADISITO'2018", an association that for years holds an important relevance in the provision of services to people affected by an intellectual disability and their families.
This association provides services that are complementary to other public resources such as the Day Center for Persons with Intellectual Disability, dependent on the City of Totana, in order to obtain a minimum quality of life and facilitate their processes of social integration.
