The Local Government Board has approved the proposal of the council of Contracting, Ana María Cánovas, to initiate and process the tender procedure and approve the list of administrative clauses of the works to improve the sewer network in the Callejón de la calle Valley of Guadalentín and Extremadura, respectively.
The contract will be processed through an open procedure and the budget for contract execution amounts to 28,558.95 euros.
The City Council has, within the scope of its powers, provide the public service of drinking water supply at home and evacuation and treatment of wastewater.
In this sense, it is necessary to carry out the works referred to to correct the abnormal functioning of the stretches of the sewerage network in order to avoid leaks to the land that may affect public (road) and private (constructions) properties. .
In addition, this action aims to eliminate traffic accidents caused by possible subsidence of the road and provide optimal transport and evacuation of wastewater that are generated at the points of the streets indicated.
