These resources are intended to inform, train and guide unemployed people at risk of social exclusion, on aspects related to access to the world of work.
These initiatives aim to support the labor insertion process of those people from the municipality of Totana, Alhama and Aledo who actively seek a change in their unemployment situation.
In the case of young people who are users of the National Youth Guarantee System, they also intervene in the municipalities of Librilla and Mazarrón.
It is "a step towards employability" of the participants, which focuses on personalized guidance, the design of individualized insertion itineraries and which is complemented by specific training workshops that address the characteristics and needs of users, training them for favoring their position in the labor market, fostering both access to employment and its maintenance, and in the case of young people returning to the education / training system.
The Labor Project: "A step towards employability" has been developed since 2007, in collaboration with the City Council of Totana and since 2016 in collaboration with the City Council of Alhama and is co-funded by the Murciano Institute of Social Action in a 20% and the European Social Fund in 80% and the Labor 2.0 project: "Youth Guarantee" has been developed since 2015 in Totana and is financed with funds from the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and the Social Fund European Union, through the Youth Employment Operative Program.
All those people who are in a situation of social difficulty and have the concern to access a job, can participate in these projects.
