A day of great heat and wind hosted the XXIX edition of the Fuente Alamo Triathlon, more than 1000 participants spread over 5 exits.
With a route of 750 meters of swimming in open waters, 25 kilometers with a large gap that will include the already recognized Cuesta de los Ruices until arriving at Fuente Álamo, where the T2 is located, the 5-kilometer foot race through the streets of Fuente Álamo.
The members of the TOTANA TRIATHLON club in general terms we finished the test pretty well improving in many cases the times of the previous edition, but with a bittersweet flavor since a partner had to leave the test because of a problem in the water, anyway, congratulations to all for the result and the effort made.
Regarding the general participation highlight the significant increase in female participation in which there were two outings, an Elite with 76 athletes and one of the rest where there were 160 athletes.
The winners of the test were Sara Prez in the women's event and Emilio Aguayo in the men's competition.
