Last April 21 and 28 were held in Murcia the regional quarterfinals of Team Sports Younger and Junior School Sports, organized by the General Directorate of Sports of the Region of Murcia, where participated totaneros teaching centers "La Cruz", "Santiago" and "Tierno Galván".
These competed in the sports modalities of Multideporte benjamin, Basketball 3x3 youngest, Basketball mixed alevín, Basketball female alevín and Futsal female alevín.
In the modality of Multideporte 3x3 benjamín, the School the Cross lost its encounter in front of the School City of the Sun of Lorca;
while in the modality of Basketball 3x3 benjamin, the Santiago School did the same in its clashes with the schools Luís Costa (Murcia) and José María La Puerta (Cartagena).
In the specialty of Alevín Basketball, the Tierno Galván School was also defeated, this time in front of the María Maroto de Murcia School;
and in Basketball young female, the School the Cross lost its encounter against the Marist School of Murcia.
Finally, the only team that has emerged victorious in this quarterfinal phase, has been the female fry team of the La Cruz School, which first won its quarterfinal match against the Colegio Nuestra Señora de Fátima (Molina) de Segura), and subsequently also won their semifinal match, this time against the Juan González School (Lorca).
In this way, it is classified for the regional final of School Sports, organized by the General Directorate of Sports of the Region of Murcia, and will take place on Saturday May 19 in San Javier, where the totanero team will face the School Luís Costa (Murcia).
